About R.O.G.
The Back Story
Reflections of Greatness, LLC (R.O.G.) was established in 2017. Initially, it was created as a tutoring service to provide supplemental education for students in grades K-5. As Dalkesha began to establish her career as a teacher, she realized the need to expand R.O.G. to provide additional services. By combining her skills and education in counseling, teaching, and curriculum development, Dalkesha was able to turn R.O.G into a full service company that services kids in grades K-12th and helps other organizations throughout the Cincinnati tri-state area.

Reflections of Greatness, LLC is an educational development and consulting company. We aim to bridge the academic gap by providing supplemental education services, innovative curriculums, instructor training, and job readiness and life skills courses. In addition, we help organizations build effective educational programs that will better service their clients and improve their impact within the community.
